WHO ARE WE?
Hello, we are Jorge, Leandra, Daniel and Gustavo, the faces behind Tree Wishes!
We do wedding photography and videography, and true to our concept of “Wedding, Love, and Family,” we enjoy wordplay, hence the tree in our logo. We live in Porto and love walking on the beach, watching the sea and the sunset, traveling, and taking photographs – nothing uncommon for the simplest of mortals.
What motivates us is knowing there’s a story to be told, and we do everything to tell it in the best way and make it eternal. We love letting the wedding day flow without interfering in its course; we are passionate about art and strive to highlight each moment as if it were a cinema film. We capture real moments as they truly happen; our images are sincere, authentic, and emotional.
We love creating special stories and meeting wonderful people, people like us who also love weddings, moments, and all the details. Intimate weddings, in the woods, on the farm, or elopements in mountains or cliffs, vow exchanges on the beach at sunset, couple sessions in urban settings or at home – these are moments we love to capture. We value conventional and unconventional love, wild or boho couples, passionate and funky, free spirits, and urban souls.
When we are by your side, our eyes will shine, we will smile, we will cry, we will go straight to the heart. Our connection with the couple lasts forever; it's something we always strive to have, this strong bond. The wedding day is a family day with those you love most, and we will be there, in your home, at your party, and very likely dancing with you.
When you whisper "I love you," when you walk into the church, and when you exchange vows, we will always be nearby. Therefore, it only makes sense for it to be this way; it's important that our presence is not strange. So, if you still have space in your heart, reserve it for us. We want you to have fun, dance, jump, and scream, and make your day the best day of your lives!
Feel it Again
Memories, nostalgia, longing. We all feel them at some point. But have you ever wondered what memories really are? They are not organized or linear—they are like a puzzle with missing or misplaced pieces. Moments, sensations, scents, images—appearing and disappearing without warning.
This film doesn’t follow a linear story because memory doesn’t work that way. It’s a sensory experience meant to be felt rather than simply understood. We don’t want people to just watch, we want them to be immersed in the images, sounds, and emotions.
